Qualifications

We are seeking a part-time Front Office Specialist with basic front desk skills. This includes:

 

  • Answering phones and communicating with patients
  • Greeting and checking in patients for their appointment.
  • Organizing and managing office paperwork.
  • Receiving incoming mail and packages.
  • Answering calls and directing as needed.
  • Scheduling appointments and assisting with billing.

 

More than anything, we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the energy and positivity needed to represent the Synergy team.
