We are seeking a part-time Front Office Specialist with basic front desk skills. This includes:
- Answering phones and communicating with patients
- Greeting and checking in patients for their appointment.
- Organizing and managing office paperwork.
- Receiving incoming mail and packages.
- Answering calls and directing as needed.
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with billing.
More than anything, we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the energy and positivity needed to represent the Synergy team.
