Beginning January 2025, this bootcamp-style group class meets twice a week to bring you the ultimate fitness experience in a supportive, small-group setting.

Synergy Strong Fit Camp is a dynamic, bootcamp-style group fitness program designed to build strength, endurance, and functional fitness. It’s a twice-weekly, high-energy class that applies the proven principles of Synergy Physical Therapy to help participants reach new levels of physical resilience and performance.

No, Fit Camp is designed for all fitness levels! Whether you’re new to fitness or already active, our program meets you where you are and helps you build strength and endurance at your own pace.

Fit Camp is held at Synergy Physical Therapy, providing a supportive and well-equipped environment for our group fitness sessions.

Each Fit Camp session includes a mix of strength, cardio, and functional exercises designed to build endurance, boost energy, and improve overall fitness. You can expect a high-energy, supportive atmosphere with guidance from our experienced trainers, helping you push toward your personal best every session.

No, Fit Camp is a separate program focused on group fitness, while Synergy Strong offers a personalized human performance program. Fit Camp is designed for anyone looking to improve fitness in a fun, bootcamp-style class, while Synergy Strong provides one-on-one sessions tailored to individual performance goals.
