Leg pain can be originating from multiple areas and it is important to determine if it is originating from joint, muscle, tendon, and/or ligaments. When experiencing leg pain, as with many other areas of pain, it is important to maintain proper muscle extensibility and strength. If there happens to be an imbalance of opposing muscle groups, that can also result in leg pain.
