We don’t use passive modalities like ice and heat as they are a proven waste of time. We work hard to gain mobility in the joints and improved contraction of muscle tissue by utilizing several manual therapy techniques, like dry needling, functional training, and cupping, among others. This enables us to properly strengthen the affected region.
We exercise patients hard because it is necessary. Period.
