How do I book my classes?

After purchasing your 12-class membership, your credits are automatically added to your account. You can access your account and schedule sessions at www.synergyptph.com/book or through the PunchPass app on iPhone and iPad (download app here).  The app allows you to book classes, manage reservations, and update your account information.

How far in advance can I book?

Classes can be booked up to 60 days in advance and up to 12 hours before class start time. Each session is limited to two participants, so we recommend reserving early to secure your preferred time. If you would like to book a class after the 12-hour window, please call us at (480) 767-0794.

What if I need to cancel?

Log in to your account online or in the PunchPass app to manage cancellations. We ask that changes be made at least 12 hours before class start time. If something unexpected comes up and you need to cancel after the 12-hour window, please call us at (480) 767-0794.

Do I need an assessment before my first class?

Yes. All new members complete an initial assessment before their first training session. This visit is included with your membership and allows us to evaluate your current fitness level and create a personalized plan aligned with your goals.
