Growing up my mother was in the military and we traveled quite a bit; I was born in Wichita, Kansas but raised the majority of my life in San Antonio, Texas. I moved to Arizona in 2014 from Great Falls, Montana where I pursued a degree in Exercise and Wellness with a focus in biomechanics and sports science starting at Mesa community college and completing the degree at Arizona State University in 2019.
I began my coaching career as an assistant coach and sports science intern with Altis where I assisted in training Olympic sprinters for the 2020 Summer Olympics. During this time I also worked in a physical therapy clinic as a technician where I was basically training and taking all patients through their exercises for a few years (4).
My goal is to become a physical therapist and utilize the skills I've learned through coaching individuals in my work as a physical therapist.
