Team Quick Facts

What is a common misconception about training/exercise?

It is not a linear progression. There are going to be "good" and "bad" days due to a multitude of factors that are often unrelated to the gym setting. The key is to stay consistent, and the results will come!

What is your favorite food?

I am not overly picky; I will eat just about anything. If I had to pick though, I would have to say sushi. Specifically salmon sashimi. Can't beat it. Although a good ribeye steak comes close.

What is your favorite way to spend the weekend?

During football season I will be the first to admit I can be a couch potato. I wake up early, get my workout in, then enjoy watching college or NFL football. The other half of the year, I like to get out of the house and go camping or relax at home with my dogs.
